The staff are AMAZING so helpful and courteous - however the property is lovely but starting to look a little tired in places, also the room we were in was quite noisy but being in the town to be expected

The Crown Hotel was first rate. Signing in was easy and straight forward and the staff were helpful and friendly. One lady called Amy Land was exceptional. Very friendly and approachable.
Lovely short break.

Bathroom in need of a makeover!
Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good, service on second morning a little bit slow and slightly unorganised.

Staff were very attentive. Our room was excellent & the restaurant diner yesterday evening together with breakfast this morning were exceptional. We hugely enjoyed our stay at the Crown.

3 night stay over May Bank Holiday.
Posted 8 May 2024 on HotelsHotel was very central for restaurants, pubs and shops in Woodbridge. Ten minute drive to Sutton Hoo and 30 min drive to RSPB Minsmere. Our room (3) was very spacious and nicely designed with a kingsize double bed. All staff were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent.
