My shower flooded the bathroom, and there was construction going on in the room next door, when I complained I was told I was not allowed to stay at the property anymore. I did not act rude or angry I just asked to have the one night refunded as I was unable to shower and woken up early by banging in the room next door during construction.

There are no tee pots or coffee makers in rooms despite the name "suites".

The bathroom was not adequate and I asked for an extra blanket and they never gave it to me.

We had to leave because we had an emergency but the few minutes I was there with my friends, we noticed that the room was dirty and it smelled bad all over the place.

I can always count on the Extended Stay for a consistently pleasurable experience. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the ac and heat quickly makes the space comfortable.
