Good option to stay in Wonju.
Posted 25 Dec 2022 on HotelsIt is a 3 star hotel but the rooms are big, comfy and clean. The bathroom is ample and the breakfast is pretty good. All in all, it was a pleasant surprise. The location is wonderful.

At first we got a room at 7th floor; didn’t sleep because of the noise of the aircon which is installed on the roof. The staff has been very friendly next morning, changed us into a room at 3rd floor… same problem because there was an aircon installed straight outside of the window. So we changed again in a room at 6th floor. In the end we had a quite room but lost nearly a full day of our stay.
In addition the restaurant staff obviously was not used to manage a fully booked restaurant on Saturday morning.
Result: If I will come again to Wonju, would not book the same hotel, even if all the staff was very friendly.
