"I stayed at the Central Hawassa Hotel for 5 days in August and must admit that I was exceptionally disappointed. Rooms: While the room contained all the amenities one would except - many of them did not work. The safe cannot be opened, not all the power sockets work, the fridge did not work, etc. ..."
