"It is quite a new building so the rooms are modern and clean. It is close the subway station and it is in a quiet part of songdo. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway. "At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. "When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...
