"Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point....

"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience.
