Manager went more than the extra mile to help

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, spacious room.
Cons: No blackout curtains.
Location: Wolfsburg is THE place for VW fans, but that's about it....
Very user friendly accommodation. Breakfast is like a packed lunch, but OK. Rooms are spacious, and include a Play-station & charging points for mobile phones, tablets, etc.
My room didn't have any blinds or curtains on the top half of the windows, so early morning wake-up alarms weren't needed.
Overall a good experience - nothing bad at all, everything worked properly & room was clean. It is self catering so no
chambermaids to make up the bed, change towels or clean up.

I was staying in room 10 at the second floor - the internet there was working only a few hours - for the rest of my stay it failed completely!
All the rest was just perfect!
