I sent my parents there since they are driving from another state for place to stay overnight on Expedia. There was very good reviews but when my parents got there, the place was horrible. I’m very disappointed and I’m sad that I even put my parents in a position like that, and they were too tired to leave.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. My room had several problems == the carpet was pulled back where the entry flooring started, the fridge/microwave and coffee pot set up was odd and somewhat in disrepair. The shower curtain barely reached the top of the tub, so water leaked into the floor when we showered. No free breakfast, but the food we paid for was excellent and the staff was great.

I have stayed at this facility 6 times. Three of those times the television streaming was down. Being able to stream my tv shows on Prime or Netflix is why this was my hotel of choice. At the very least, front desk should left guests know that the service is down BEFORE check in.

The staff hear are very friendly and they show a generous, genuine, amount of hospitality! Tammy is an exceptionally young lady! I Will return!

Really disappointed for over $200 that breakfast wasn’t included. Didn’t notice that when I booked the hotel or I wouldn’t have stayed there. Hotel seemed worn, not new like you would expect.
