I loved staying here. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, green hillside in the Black Forest area. So peaceful with a little stream running down beside it. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast. The hotel is just about an hour drive away from Europark, but out of the hustle of city life. With a rentacar the hotel is very easy to reach and is within range of a variety of sights to explore. Near it is a quaint town with restaurants and shops. In summary, the hotel is ideally located if you want to get out of the big cities and into the Black Forest area and relax while at the same time being able to scoot around and experience the local culture and tourist sights with a car. If we have another opportunity to visit this area, I would love to stay here again!

Our experience at this property was great. Staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. The place is comfortable for road-travel tourists, clean and cute facility. Breakfast was so good and worthy. I would love to come back!

Great stay in the Black Forest
Posted 16 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe owner/manager went above and beyond. We arrived a little late (after check in hours) and he waited for us just to be sure we had a place to stay.
Beautiful property. The views are amazing and the property is in great shape. We did not have a chance to eat there but the restaurant looks great. Thanks for having us there

Dear non guestAll you can do is aggressively try to enforce your demands like massive overcrowding of a room. Because of your aggressiveness even the police had to be turned on, who then expelled you from the house.If it is customary in your home country to book a room for 3 and stay with 5 may be tolerated in your home country - not in Germany, as well as renegotiating the room price after booking online. You have rejected any upgrades.Sehr geehrter nicht GastSie können nichts außer zu versuchen aggressiv Ihre Forderungen durchzusetzen wie eine massive Überbelegung eines Zimmers. Wegen Ihrer Aggressivität musste sogar die Polizei eingeschaltet werden die Sie dann des Hauses verwiesen hat. Wenn es in Ihrer Heimat Üblich ist ein Zimmer für 3 zu buchen und mit 5 zu übernachten mag in Ihrer Heimat geduldet werden - in Deutschland nicht, genauso wie ein Nachverhandeln des Zimmerpreises nachdem online gebucht. Jegliche upgrades haben Sie abgelehnt.

We loved this hotel in the charming countryside. Our rooms were perfect. We also had a balcony with lovely views. Highly recommend it.

15min ride outside of Triberg, but quiet and rustic. Hotel is modern with an outstanding owner who will assist you in any way imaginable.
