Pool - not working and we only booked this hotel to have use of the pool we were not told before arriving at the pool was not gonna be available. We would never have used this hotel otherwise especially for the price that was paid. Bring your own pillows as the pillows you are supplied with our non-existent. I have never slept on pillows that are so flat in all my life was the most uncomfortable sleep. Customer service on arrival was lovely. The extra touch of cookies for us was lovely however overall this hotel is not worth the money that was paid especially when not all amenities are available.
