Awesome stay
Posted 9 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was a bit hidden which was awesome. It was near the lake, but I could not find the way down to it. The wood in the room was beautiful. My husband and I sat outside our room 2 nights to see the stars and loved it.

Hi Alma,We're trying to understand why you reviewed us when you didn't even stay with us? We left a late-check-in process but you were a no show? Did you try to reach out to expedia to avoid being charged anyhow? It's not fair to a hotel to review us based on expedia still charging you as that is why I assumed you rated us when you never even made it to the property. I normally don’t review but in this case I felt I should for the next guest with a family. Fridge did not work, air conditioner did not work in 105 degree weather with two kids. It was very difficult to sleep. Did not see any staff at all during our two day stay, or provided a number to call if any issues occur. Hopefully staff can fix these big issues for the comfort of future guests.

Great little place to stay if you plan to fish the lake and head up river.
