Problem checking in.

Problem checking in. Reserved two rooms but the hotel did not have this. After much confusion, I do not speak much French they arranged a room with 2 separate bedrooms. This is the second time I have booked 2 rooms with a hotel via Hotels.com and they have not had a reservation for 2 rooms. I will now be questioning whether using Hotels.com is a wise idea. Once we had arranged a room with separate beds the hotel was good, nice staff. But the problem with the reservation is very WORRYING.

Great value - excellent overall

Stayed just one night for business but was super impressed by the staff, the location, the peaceful aspect of everything and a very excellent menu and wine list. Room was basic but spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Hotel was fine, restaurant service was incredibly slow and they overcharged me by €50 on the bill and then wouldn’t refund me. When I called and left details they pretended they didn’t speak English and refused to refund me for the 22 espressos they’d added to the bill. If you choose to stay make sure of everything on your bill before you pay it!

Très bon séjour. Chambre très propre avec une très bonne literie. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très convenable. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu le temps d'aller au restaurant de l'hôtel malgré une carte qui me paraissait très appétissante, ce sera pour une prochaine fois

Séjour d’une nuit en visite dans le Sundgau. Très bien accueillis et chambre confortable. Personnel très à l’écoute. Nous avons dîné au restaurant le soir c’était bon, et le petit déjeuner était très bien.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits et nous y sommes resté qu’une pour vous dire …. Chambre n’est pas celle réservée, lumière allumée au dessus du lit qu’on ne peut éteindre avec un scotche noir mis dessus pour atténuer Lit étroit pour 2 personnes au même prix que les grands lits Pas d’eau qui coule de la douche Et quand on va voir à l’accueil pour exprimer notre mécontentement le patron parle mal s’énerve et tient des propos grossophobe sur une femme enceinte …. Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin car en plus de tout ça tarif excessif pour les prestations de cet hôtel
