"Its a very big room, and close to nature. Comes with kitchen utilities such as microwave and toaster, and provided dishwasher liquid and cleaning tools. good location, near to many popular eateries. carpark was right outside d unit. and bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative, the hall has aircon but i think the room does not have an aircon. it was generally good weather, not sure how it will be like if its truly summer when its warm. d room was towards the back, Can hear the occasional...

"We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. Thirdly the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy ,bathroom very clean and having the use of kitchenette facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Booking an accommodation site unseen from Canada can be nerve wracking but we had no worries and would recommend this motel without hesitation. Also the Wifi was excellent too. "

Top location and lovely room

"Amazing room in a great location. Had everything you need for a short stay. We stayed in room 5 and unfortunately the bathroom sink leaked all over the sides soaking our toiletries, the shower lets water out onto the floor and the kitchen sink plug doesn’t hold water so it was a little challenge doing the dishes. Nothing drastically bad but room just needed a little TLC for the price paid. Would happily stay again"
