The mattress was in terrible condition it was hard to sleep on the. Asked for a different room with better mattress they said they are all the same

The pool was open from 5pm til 8pm. At 7:45 there was a whistle to get out. We checked in late and couldn't use it the following day because we stayed for 1 night. Also lots of noise . Kids screaming and banging the doors. No balcony. Very dull room

Szanowna Pani Paulino, jest mi bardzo miło, że mogliśmy Państwa gościć w naszym obiekcie. Dziękujemy za poświęcony czas na dodanie opinii. Bardzo się cieszę, że nasza kuchnia przypadła Państwu do gustu, a personel dołożył wszelkich starał aby pobyt przebiegł pozytywnie. Mamy nadzieje, że będziemy mogli znów Państwa gościć.
