"This place is off-site. The entrance has stairs, not friendly for travelers with big luggage, which I think should be most of the cases. It is clean. Served the basic needs. "

Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"Amazing service - we arrived early for check in but they treated us royally, with discounts on museums and public transit, and access to the lounge and other amenities. They were super busy but still kind and attentive. Our room was modern, large and super clean, and the location was perfect. "

"Lovely Swiss hotel with atttentive staff. Room was very nice - comfy bed, lots of pillows. The AC worked wonderfully despite temps over 90°F and being on the fifth floor. Great breakfast. Proximity to public transportion was key for our busy, compressed schedule and so easy to use. The BaselPass saved us hundreds of dollars on cabs. "
