The bathrooms were nice and clean. Toilet paper rolls were awful. Would not easily turn. Hot tub jets were down. Kind of bummer. Read fine print for FREE Noah’s ark water park passes. It was very deceiving. I chose a cabin for a specific reason to get free passes and it was to there water park not Noah’s ark! They were accommodating helping me get a discount even though they should have been free.

Our Noah's Ark package is for a 3 night stay on a water / electric site with 4 all day Noah;s Ark passes. We do not offer Noah's Ark passes included with any lodging. Our packages are very specific as to what is required and included. Our literature plainly states and shows that we have a water playground. We appreciate your patronage and hope to see you again.

The house was a good size but needs a lot of updates. For the price we were very disappointed There was not a lot to do. Had to make big deposit. Waiting to get it back. There were several things wrong in house but no check list when we got there on what they were so I'm worried.

Brentwood guests are encouraged to take part in the 12 hours of activities, pools, water playground and weekly theme activities at the campground. A cleaning staff is responsible for bring maintenance issues to our attention but can also be referred by the guest to the campground security phone number for prompt attention. Other than the legs on the hide-a-beds being broken and the musty smell we all had a good time. Suggestion, cover the large hole on the deck.

Pros: the activities, the staff, the facilities like pool, playground, boating
Cons: BEDS!!
more space per lot
Location: very close to Walmart and the attractions to the dells
We had a great time in the waterpark, and doing the "HEY" rides at night. I also enjoyed the street dance for Marti Gras- the kids had a blast!!! Yogi came and visited, too. I really appreciated the staff, very helpful and friendly everywhere from the check in to the pool- boating was fun, but quite a walk.
The bed in the Bungalow was terrible. I couldn't sleep the entire first night and had to go buy an air mattress to put on top for the remaining nights. after that I had no issue. the door to the bungalow also was hard to use- scraped the floor and the latch was weird. some of the campsites were very crowded and cramped. I had a bungalow and 2 tent sites and they were on opposite ends of the park- would have loved to be able to rent a golf cart for the weekend.
