The bed sheet had blood stains on them that dident even look like it was washed and there was dirt on the bathroom wall and a turd stain in the toiletb

Place was nice. I was surprised how the breakfast was really good and lots of options. The only thing was when we checked in I was asked to pay a hotel fee (and was actually charged twice) which wasn’t mentioned on their website. I contacted Expedia and thankfully the agent took care of it.

Everything was great except we went for breakfast at 9:45 and it was all cleaned up. Nothing available.

We stayed two nights. Our room was right near the lobby and first floor vending and we heard neither the guests in hallways or in surrounding rooms. Overall, the room was really clean and we had housekeeping tidy our room on our second day. There was some stuff that was outdated or “eh” about the property but nothing that made us not want to stay. Breakfast was fine, I mean it’s free so no complaints. If I’m ever back at the dells I will stay here again.

Updated property with very friendly staff. Off season so plenty of parking and easy to get in/out of hotel.
