"Room was nice, staff very nice. Only one shower chair (in pool area). I needed a room with two queen beds and a shower chair or transfer seat as I am an amputee. The said I could use the one from the pool and could call when done. They would return it to the pool for me. My recommendation is you purchase two shower chairs and two transfer seats for elderly and amputees. They are under $100 each. We will be back when my son has his next surgery later this spring. "Staff was nice. Room was pretty rough, mini fridge didn't fit in cabinet so the cabinet door wouldn't close, phone had no cover on it not even the numbers and the remodel was rough in the bathroom you could see the hole in the wall where the old mirror (which was larger than the new one) was. They also closed one of the pools for a couple private parties; would have been nice to been informed of this ahead of time. We typically enjoy this location as we visit the area often. This visit was definitely disappointing."
