"Gaining access was a nitemare. Electronic access has its challenges. We recd no call or email giving instructions and had to call. The operator was exceptional and patiently and humorously walked us thru … providing us with 2 codes, 1 being a backup code which was the one that eventually got us into the bldg and suite.
