The hotel said it did not receive any room requests. We need a handicap room. Room was so small it was difficult to get the wheelchair in. Once in the room the wheelchair was a safty concern. Staff tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

BEWARE

BEWARE THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING. if its hot outside you won't be able to sleep. In addition, there are no laundry facilities, they will wash your clothes for a per piece fee so high it would be cheaper to buy new clothes. The shower is either freezing or scalding, you choose! There is construction behind the hotel with the corresponding noise starting at 7am. In other words stay somewhere else.

Not enough towels provided at the start. I understand trying to save on washing and energy but not even too hand towels is a bit too much
