Nice stay. Breakfast was smaller than it would be at a Hampton Inn or Double Tree. I stayed during the week and they had bagels and a few other light items. Pool is undergoing restorations until Nov-Dec 2024. Friendly staff. Conveniently located.

Everything was ok. One could tell it was basic. The room appeared clean however when I felt the toilet seat it had a film on it. Once I washed it, it was fine. That shouldn’t be necessary.

Check in was okay, although the computer system was running slow. The person handling the check in was super nice. The toilet in the room loudly trickles water unless you jiggle the handle. The walls are paper thin. All night I kept getting woken up by people clomping around in the adjacent room and playing their crappy music. It wasn't that the music was extremely loud; we could just hear everything. We won't stay here again.

Hi, I stayed here to attend Parents Weekend for my daughter’s university. The room was missing a desk chair, the shower faucet came off when I turned it on and the room was never made up. They double the price during this weekend due to demand. It left a lot to be desired. Hilton can do better!

The bed was very comfortable. Noise from the room above a few times. There is not much insulation between the floors.

I was returning home, and I had left late from the beach...so by the time I got to area, it was after midnight. My 8-year old was begging me to stop and go to sleep, and I was getting very tired. I stopped at one hotel and was very rudely told they had no room, so I decided to go on hotel.com and see if I could find anything. Luckily, this hotel was close by and had availability. I booked my room and showed up ready to go to sleep...but alas...hotel.com sucks! My reservation was not for that night. If it hadn't been for the most wonderful, amazing, friendliest, and just very patient woman behind the counter, I would have cried. My warning...don't use hotel.com to book same day after midnight. This woman worked tirelessly to fix her system into giving me a room without me having to pay another night...and it wasn't easy! But I got my room and had the most comfortable sleep there could be! I will definitely be visiting again!!! Also...this hotel has just undergone renovations for its new name change and WOW!!! Don't mind the little bit of dust because if you do, you will miss out! The rooms were so clean and still had the new room smell. The paint and decor was fresh. Loved it!!!!
