Room was spacious. Carpeting in hallways was buckling and needed to be replaced. Breakfast could have been a lot better. No fruit. Limited choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was every other day. That was a disappointment. It should have been everyday.

I liked that the room was very spacious and in very good condition. I enjoyed the breakfast which was a hot breakfast and pretty good. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Overall the stay was very good.

Unbelievably, this hotel had no hot water during peak times of water use. I would rank this hotel highly if not for this basic expected amenity. The person at the front desk incredulously said with a straight face that there is no hot water when the hotel is full!

Our room smelled like smoke but the clerk quickly gave us a new room. There were a fee ants which is why we gave it a slightly lower rating for cleanliness. The housekeepers did not clean our room although we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. Om

We have stayed here many times and each time it is great. It is clean, which is our priority. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. Nothing bad to say at all.
