When walking into the lobby there was a strong smell of stale cigarettes and weed. While we were at the front desk checking in (listening to the desk agent) a cleaner was asking us to move so he could mop the floor around us. Considering we were the only people standing at the front desk at that time, it seemed rude. Once checked in and went up to our room our floor was dirty...it was never vacuumed or swept. Also the floor of the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. When at the pool we observed multiple children under the age of 12 in the pool without proper supervision. We also called down for either 1-2 more pillows (usually there is already extra in the room and there was not) we were told that they did not have any extra pillows.

The televisions were not compatible with my gaming system. Not everyone wants to watch the available channels provided and bringing my gaming system and not being able to use it was disappointing.
