I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that no shuttle to local areas.We arrange sometime shuttle service for Grand hotel's guest with Lakeview Signature hotel because of our sister concern hotel but that's depend on pre-planned and availability.
