It was extremely noisy even after 1am, there was a sewer backup in the sink and the entire room smelled horrible, both cards to open the bedroom stopped working and had to go twice to the reception to get them to work.

Didn’t like being a couple rooms down from front desk (could have asked for a new room but felt I was already unpacked and didn’t want to at that point) & doing the “pre-check in” just to do it again at the front desk, it kind of defeated the point of it. Friendly staff though! Also had the option to do late check out, did it 1.5 hours before as I was running late… didn’t hear back so I had to call & confirm after not hearing for a while to make sure. Housekeeping still came by the room to clean at normal checkout so I had to explain. Areas to improve on for sure
