There was blood on the curtains, bugs (cockroaches, possibly bed bugs), dirty carpet throughout, extension cords behind the bed, hair in the sink, door knob installed wrong in room so couldn’t close secondary door. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

To our disappointment, the pool and hot tub were closed. Sign said Oct 25 to Nov 5. Had we known this, would not have booked. This should have been disclosed when we booked during the known closure. Feel this was a deception.

Price was good but just an average stay. Outside was a bit dirty but that is due to homeless people around the area. My car was still fine at the property and there was security present. At times property was messy inside. Staff were fine. If the price is good it is fine but if it goes up I would avoid.

At check in time, our rooms were changed from two queen beds to a king and pull out sofa. But we weren’t given any bedding or pillows for the pull out sofa. The front desk seemed very confused when we asked any questions, whether it was bedding, where the vending machines were (there aren’t any despite the signs posted on the floors), pool hours (told 9pm at check in when it was 11pm). The floor in the pool area was covered in brown liquid, which we were hoping was rust from the chairs being moved around and there were only 2 pool towels available. As someone who worked in hotels for 15 years I was really disappointed and could tell all the staff need training!

The Hotel was clean however, the parking lot and lobby had many indigenous individuals lingering throughout the parking lot and causing a very unsafe feeling. Many of them had rooms there and elevator rides with them was scary as they were extremely high. I would not recommend this hotel for this reason

It felt like we stayed in a homeless shelter. I do not recommend this hotel, unless desperate. It did have the cheapest price. Staff was excellent and security was on point.
