Property is in a busy area. It's convenient to have a restaurant and water slide etc. while an aging hotel, price was reasonable, clean and secure.

Entire hotel kept clean. Having to walk past the laundry room had a very overwhelming smell of laundry detergent, which would have been terrible if someone with a scent allergy needed to do.
