The front desk lady was very nice. Could use an Ice Machine for guests

Room was very clean, front desk help very friendly, walkable distance to Tia Juanita’s Restaurant (very good), but the pool was closed, looked like a swamp with a few gators lurking.

Older hotel showing its age but excellent friendly staff. Room had a kitchenette but no crockery, cutlery or pans! Perfectly comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Very quiet and safe area.

Room was clean and neat, nice staff, plenty of free parking. I'd stay there again. Not much in Winnie, but fine for those passing through. Food, fuel, lodging. Room was spacious with refrigerator and kitchen sink. Shower water came out with considerable force. Not a problem, but it's a shame they don't have a flow-limited shower head so the water comes out in a fine spray to save energy and water.
Note that the back door to the building is not locked, so the building is not secure.
Internet speed 11 Mbps Download 10 Mbps Upload. Internet OK for my purposes.
