When my son and his family went to their room well after check in time, they found the room was not cleaned and prepared. They did this with three more rooms before they finally got a room. It was a frustrating and embarassing experience.

Accommodations were excellent, parking lot needs to be restriped. Could not tell if anyone was parked appropriately.
