The location was what we needed. The property is older and run down. The cleaning person left the toilet brush in a plastic cup on the sink. It was the first thing we saw and was disgusting.

Rebecca,Thank you for your feedback on your stay. First, I want to take a moment and apologize for our housekeeper. I will speak with the team and can assure you that this will not happen again. This is not something that happens here at the hotel.Next, I do want to let you know that we are currently renovating the hotel. We have completed the upstairs with fresh paint and brand new carpeting. Both the upstairs and downstairs have been repainted and have the new carpeting there as well. We're working on renovating our rooms downstairs and they will all have brand new flooring as fresh paint as well. Please come see us when you are in the area again and check out the finished product.

Found a spider and a cockroach in my room. Absolutely disgusting. A/C was crazy loud and just needs to be deep cleaned and fixed. Won’t stay again.

John I am very sorry to hear about your experience and this is not typical of a stay at our hotel. I will have maintenance and our profesional pest elimination company right on those items. If you look we have good reviews and please don't let this one experiance keep you from comming back.
