Quite... breakfast was good and the ride from airport to hotel was fast qnd easy

Let’s start with the entrance of the establishment. There is no curb ramp in front of the entrance. This would assist wheelchairs, those with walking problems and with the rolling of luggage. Check In was good. I can’t remember the lady’s name. The lobby and dining furniture is somewhat tattered and should be upgraded. The dining area has some damage to the ceiling and the wallpaper is peeling. Front Desk team Richard & Randy were great. Hank was very attentive and ensured the breakfast items were well stocked and fresh. I was able to get adjoining rooms. Room 226 refrigerator does not work. Room 228 curtain was partially hanging from the hooks. My card key 228 kept malfunctioning ( no it was not near me cellphone). The comfort of both beds was great. The pillows need to be upgraded. The carpeting in the rooms and hallways could use a good shampooing. It would be great if the rooms had small bottles of courtesy lotions and small bottles of water. Appearance goes a long way. Parking was great. Maybe upgrade the rooms telephone.
