First of all the pull out couch had rose petals in it, so much for housekeeping. When I got home and checked my online banking, there were several charges on my account that were not mine, have called the hotel 3 times, each time assured the account manager would return my call to no avail. Not a happy customer

There were rose petals still on the floor from a previous customer. When i went to pull out the pull out sofa for my son, the linens were clearly still on it, dishoveled and covered in even more rose petals.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable! The carpets throughout the hotel were refreshingly, very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was great. Our waitress, Nancy, was absolutely amazing! She took care of us and all of her guests, as if we were family! She loves her job and it shows. She’s a great representative of the company and the level of care she puts into her job is why people stay at Marriott hotels around the world! Great job Nancy!!

A veritable palace in the middle of central CT. We used this for a business meeting. Way beyond our expectations.
