No rooms were available for us. They were fully booked! They said Expedia did not contact them! Please refund our payment!

Nice stay & property as it appears on website. Slight hiccup at checkin which was sorted out & we got our 2 rooms as booked. Manager was kind enough to drive us around for a city tour on Sunday - 4 hrs for 400 NAD each person. Very interesting history & tour was good. Also he drove us to the airport for our early flight for a reasonable price.

We stayed here one night upon arriving to Windhoek and it was fine - manager is helpful and room was clean, but after we traveled, we decided to return and this was a mistake. The only available room was room 2 on the first floor next to staff quarters, which would have been fine except the a/c didn’t work (no remote to turn it on), mosquitoes the entire night, and the guy who

they must just show the budget rooms also, because the budget rooms is not on the same property, and is misleading.

Tilla's Guesthouse is in a great location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. All-in-all this was a great value.
