Posted 21 Aug 2018 on HotelsMontebello ticks all the boxes! We stayed for two nights as we passed through Windhoek. Large rooms, clean, good breakfast and friendly Owner and Staff. Definitely recommended.

Pleasant stay, modern b&b
Posted 14 Aug 2018 on HotelsSuper design of the building meant that there was lots of light in all of the public areas and the bedroom. Lovely modern design.
Good buffet selection for breakfast.
Recommend that you book a restaurant if you want to eat in the evening. Hosts know a number of good restaurants but you need to book in advance

Good base for a day or two in Windhoek
Posted 22 May 2018 on HotelsVery satisfied with the room overall, reception staff were helpful with restaurant bookings etc. The pool had been closed for the winter and it is unfortunate that the outdoor area gets little sun. My only complaint would be that the cooked breakfast was a let down... eggs underdone and one tiny piece of very fatty streaky bacon... so underwhelming.

Pros: Quiet location with very clean accommodation.
Location: Quiet residential area.
We only stayed for one night, but would recommend this friendly guesthouse to anyone visiting Windhoek.

Lovely stay in Windhoek

Pros: The stylish architecture and calm atmosphere. I also have to say again the breakfast!. Very clean and restful.
Cons: Some noisy dogs in the neighbourhood.
Location: The guest house is a short drive from the city centre. There is not a great deal to do nearby and a cab is needed to go anywhere at night.
A very well maintained and tastefully decorated guest house. The staff were very helpful and talkative. Great coffee and fabulous breakfast with a great selection of fruits and breads as well as superb cooked items. Well placed for getting to and from the airport.
