If you’re looking to just sleep on this house please do as there’s absolutely no privacy. The owner is too busy hosting her family. If you’re looking to have some privacy and sleep please run far away from this place as there’s kids staying there.

Hi Mayra, I don't know what are your B&B expectations?We have very homey and friendly atmosphere, beautiful historic house . The room you stayed is the best room in the house on the second floor with private bathroom and a gorgeous view. Absolutely private room !! We had two angels visiting us that weekend, they went to bed early and slept all night through Yes ! Kids after certain age are allowed in our B&B.They are future of our Country and we welcome them with open heart !!!

My kids (12 and 3 y.o.) and I had a wonderful experience at the place. Victoria (the owner) was very attentive to our needs. The place is clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, there’s plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play. They even have the access to the creek. Just bring water shoes if you visit in the summer.

Great place. Staff made you feel at home. Great breakfast. My only complaint was poor internet service.

Amazing location, clean property, excellent hosts. Felt at home the moment we walked in. Walk to beautiful pathway, view of the mountains, access to a beautiful creek, lovely breakfast. Glad we chose this place for a short R&R in Catskills.

No air conditioning. This is the hottest week of the year in the northern hemisphere. How could anyone have let us book this place ?

Hi,I’m sorry I don’t know your name you choose to write this review anonymously. But Dear Guest. Each room has a ceiling fan . We have air conditioning ,but not in all rooms. The detailed description of each room says if we have AC or not and then it is up to you to book it or not.
