Helena and John are two of the nicest staff you can encounter at a property - accommodating, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful.

We spent a night with Windermere Park which is okay. The staff is nice and very helpful. Various choices on breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.
The Superior Double room is spacious but the condition is a bit old. The cleanliness is okay but could be better with the price they are charging.

Staff were lovely Breakfast nice. Room very basic and needs updating. Was in the attic so kept bumping our heads on yhe wall as no room. No lift and lots of stairs.

There wasn't much I didn't like, however I booked and paid for a ground floor room,however I was told that the ground floor rooms were already occupied and I ended up on the first floor. My opinion is that they broke their contract. So beware that they might do the same . The previous owners always gave me a ground floor room
