The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and found out that it was “missed”). However have paid separate for the “drink and food service”.

Here at the Cragwood we feel as though we are welcoming our guests into our own house and on the rare occasion are guests are left unhappy, it is important that we can learn from this.My apologies once again

First time at Cragwood and it won't the last. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel is very clean, my room was spotless. One of the biggest selling points is there is a large car park, something hard to find at other hotels in The Lakes unless you pay double the room rate.

The hotel and grounds are wonderful. Very pleasant and profesional staff. The stay was very relaxing. The hotel is now on my return to list, for sure.

I really like the place.Room was very clean and nice decorated .Staff was very friendly. Peaceful hotel with a wonderful view.I would highly recommend this hotel

Great stay
