Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. Checkin 3pm but out by 10.30am, when requested can we leave 11.30am reception said will be £30 you would think £500.for less then 24hours was enough. Don't mind spending money but has to be worth it, This was not...average building

Also, later on, when you could not find the location of the room and you have rung reception, I have personally guided you to your room over the phone. I sincerely apologize if our instructions were not as clear as they should have been, leaving you feeling insufficient information was provided.Regarding the late check-out, our standard check-in time is from 15:00PM, and check-out is by 10:30AM , as outlined in our house rules. We also advertise online that a late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for an additional 30.00. As every other business, we have set times for check-in and check-out, and in-house rules everything is to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.Lastly, we appreciate your suggestions and value your feedback. Should you choose to stay with us again, please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff if you require any additional items such as toothpaste, shower caps, or anything else that could make your stay better, surely, we would be more than happy to assist you.Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience with us.Kind Regards,Maria

Edelweisse Suite

Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!
