Nice getaway but improvements could be made
"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. ..."

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. "Stayed here again while in Reading for a business trip. Apartments are fantastic and couldn’t ask for more. Flight was delayed and receptionist sent across late check in instructions and we got in with ease. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."
