Staff were not courteous, safe box has no battery , did not work . They did not offer a single water bottle , even though it was there in the shelf.
There were hardly any guests in the hotel . Breakfast was remove strictly at 9 am . But the lady from the front desk was still eating breakfast at the breakfast area . Only refused for guests, because it is 5 minutes past 9 am . No wonder it is all empty . Poor quality staff

I liked everything no complaints. The entire staff was excellent and we were treated as family with great kindness and care. Extremely friendly!,
