Staff were not courteous, safe box has no battery , did not work . They did not offer a single water bottle , even though it was there in the shelf. There were hardly any guests in the hotel . Breakfast was remove strictly at 9 am . But the lady from the front desk was still eating breakfast at the breakfast area . Only refused for guests, because it is 5 minutes past 9 am . No wonder it is all empty . Poor quality staff

The location of the property was around areas that made it feel like a stranded or unsafe hotel. The stores surrounding the property had gatherings of people that made it feel unsafe to move around unless in a vehicle.

The TV didn't work. There was no one there to fix it and no other rooms to move to. The room was stuffy and the temperature would not change when lowering the thermostat.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious. The decor was pleasing and comfortable. The beds were perfect. The facilities were well maintained and updated. The location was excellent. Plenty to do and a couple of restaurants were within walking distance. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time we travel through Winchester.
