When I wanted a receipt (before check out) the personnel at the front desk said "you'll see it from your third-party account" meaning Expedia, however upon check out, we received it with no problem. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Checkin was easy and the staff was efficient and friendly. The price of the room was good for the area, considering its peak season for tourists. The hotel itself is old and rundown, but the bed was fantastic. I checked the mattress for bedbugs and it was CLEAN. The jetted tub was very nice. I did see 2 baby roaches upon checkout, however I do not believe there’s an infestation because I inspected the room upon arrival and saw ABSOLUTELY NO signs of a bug problem. With all that being said it was a nice and comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Old hotel, but the price was right for what we received. A pretty bare bones room. However, it was clean, but a bit of a stale odor. Not overwhelming, but there nevertheless. Front desk was quite accommodating, although I feel it's a little unprofessional to call hotel guests "Honey".
