Musty smell throughout Dirty carpets No bedding on beds Bedding stuffed in pillow cases thrown in cupboard, many soiled with blood, dirt, lipstick and vomit. Non ironed. Towels unfolded and stuffed in pillow case, uncertain if clean. Dead flowers in clear plastic bottle in living area giving off musty aroma. All paintwork chipped, pealing, dirty. Sofas dirty and cushions flat.Only a few sheets of toilet paper and empty roll left in bathroom. Used washing loufa left in shower Shower head left in bottom of bath, hose damaged and metal stripped leaking water Shower door providing insufficient protection as did not close properly. Empty wash bottles left on widow cill Mould on sealed areas around tub. Kitchen area looked dirty and sticky, resulting in having to eat out. 2 cupboard doors missing Random items left in cupboards such as paint tins etc. Ironing board broken with no actual board Airing rack broken and unusable so not able to dry washed clothes Curtains in both bedrooms not secured to all rings Rubish bags and debris all over patio, letter from downstairs neighbour complaining about rubbish falling onto her balcony. Old and used mop heads left in shopping basket under patio table Post and Amazon parcels left in property Interior door in main bedroom at side of wardrobe along with step ladder. Toilet seat not secured properly and lid dropped onto my 6 year olds back causing pain. Empty plastic airfreshener left in windowsill in bathroom. Bathroom blind broken, and more.

One of the worst place I have ever stayed. Most of the things in the house doesn’t work. They had glued the bath tub siding and fell off. I called the Houst people they said someone will come fix it but no one came. My dad fell because of that. I called and complained but they don’t give me a proper response

Happy stay in MORDEN.

Basically we had a good stay in Morden. The appartment was clean and well situated. It certainly met our needs. The communication was excellent.

Loved this apartment for our two night stay for Wimbledon tennis. Easy access to public transport and a great living space with all modern amenities. Shared hall and stairway could do with freshening up but the apartment was spotless and well furnished. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
