Bedroom was filthy bed was dusty and had hairs in it. Really not happy at all I will be seeking a refund for my stay.

It was difficult to get through to the reception on the phone.
Directions for the shuttle bus service were poor and I was surprised I had to pay for this especially as the driver was pretty grumpy .
The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the man on reception in the evening was pleasant.There were good tea making facilities in the room and the bed was comfy.
There was no-one on reception early morning and the lift was broken down so had to carry a heavy case up and down to the room.
Didn't eat as arrived at 9.20 pm and left at 5.45am so the restaurant was closed. Glad I had brought sandwiches.

Price petty fair, but room require a bit of TLC. Reception not manned all the time. Gust had to wait 5-10 minutes for somebody turned up.

The reception staff are really welcoming.. I remember this hotel as the valley lodge many years ago it looks like it's undergoing a update and it just has a really nice vibe.. I'm having to stay 3 days till I complete my house and I'm a older lady alone here and I feel very safe and the extra bonus visiting a spa at a minimum cost
