Our phone did not work. We had to ask for housekeeping to take our trash and get us more towels. They took our trash twice. We were there 5 nights!

We booked here because they permitted pets, and were the least expensive of the options in the area. We got what we paid for. The room was tiny, and a bit rundown. It was fine, but it’s not something I would actively choose to go back to.

They gave me an upgraded suite which made up for the fact that housekeeping didn't clean my room once in the three days I stayed there, despite me requesting it every day. The front desk did send me fresh bedding so I could make up my bed myself though, so that was nice... 🙄 One of the front desk ladies was pretty clueless. The rest were good.

For the most part it was good. The decor is a bit dated and the hotel seems old. Could use freshening up. Wallpaper in bathroom was buckling. Carpet seemed a bit worn. My daughter’s first room had an awful smell but she was immediately given a different room so great customer service. Continental breakfast was good.
