Oir room was very comfortable though the bathroom was a bit dated (tile was painted to update a bit). No complaints though! Would definately stay again.

Property was rustic, but cosy. Lovely view of Whiteface Mountain. A nice place to get a good rest.

No email was sent regarding check in instructions and there’s no staff and phone rang in office when called with no one to pick up at 5 pm, a guest helped with check
In which is nice and automated but poor communication. Bed was uncomfortable and could not sleep properly. Bathroom has hot water was the only plus. windows and blinds are dirty and old with cobwebs and dead bugs between doors . Close to trails.

Easy check in, helpful staff, well maintained property. There was a path to the river flowing behind the property. Great views!
