I didn't get to check in; I didn't have enough money to cover my security deposit 😭. I've stayed here before and REALLY loved my stays🤩🤓‼️‼️

Hotel charged an "early checkout fee" without mentioning such a fee - and after an initial invoice showed a refund.

In regards to the early check out fee, our policy requires a 24 hour notice to cancel a reservation, and any cancellations without meeting this policy are charged the agreed upon rate for one night. Each guest agrees to this policy during the registration. I hope this explains your charges and we hope to see you again in the future.
