They called me a few days before we were to leave & told us we needed to find a new motel. Because this Days Inn had been torn down because it didn’t pass the plumbing inspection. What? REALLY!

The good: Easy check-in. Staff was friendly. Room was as shown in photos, updated nicely and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The bad: heard everything going on around me, was woken up 5 times during the night by people on either side of my room talking (could be heard plain as day) and confirmed they were not outside my door. Wall/window unit had broken or disabled buttons, so there was no running a fan all night to drown out the talking and hearing cars drive through the parking lot and Market St noise. Tried leaving TV on for white noise, satellite went out. Left after 5th time of being woken up. Wouldn't be a bad place if rooms were soundproofed.

Terrible experience

It was a terrible experience. I received keys for room 133 when I checked-in in the afternoon. I had checked the keys were working properly and went to a beach with my family. When we came back after spending several hours at the beach, someones were using the room 133. I went to the office, explained and the hotel guy gave me keys for room 135. I came to the room 135, OMG, other people were already there. I went back to the office and told the situation again. He came to the room 133, 135 and told something to the people in the room. Finally he gave me the room 134 in which only one bed there. He said there was no other way excepting the room and the price would be less than I had booked. The next morning when I tried to checked out, another guy said he did not know about the problem because he did not heard anything about. The worst thing was that I had to pay the same price with that I had booked even though I had slept on a couch. He told I had to complain this problem to the third party, "Hotels.com" because I had booked at "Hotels.com".

We did not stay due to the unsanitary conditions. Lobby was gross, green slim coming from AC condensation at rooms. I could go on and on. Thankfully, Expedia was able to cancel our reservation for no charge, Thank you.

On arrival, no toilet paper, only 2 towels for 3 people, no cold water - had to bursh teeth with hot water and shower was horrible as it was too hot. The air conditioner leaked so that there was a huge puddle at the doorway entrance to room .. so you tracked in water and grit/dirt from walkway .. in general this is an old motel retrofitted to try and be modernized days in. But it’s far from ready and is never stay at a days in again.. I complained to the front staff and they simple said “that’s too bad” and seemed too interested in talking to other hotel staff about things that needed to be done .. I was dismissed receipt in hand .. I was disappointed not to have been compped even a little .. but that’s ok .. I certainly won’t ever stay here again !

Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Room was great and so was hotel as they have been renovating and updating rooms. It wasnt loud, check in went great and she was very accommodating for a 1st floor room. The pool was absolutely wonderful and temperature was perfect. Definitely on our list when we go back that way!!😃

The rooms was very clean.the decor was great.we had a loveyly stay.the only thing that i thought could use some attention was the pool.it was a little dirty.but other than that nothing bad to say at all i hughly recomend especially if you are on a tight budget and looking for an afforable , nice place to stay

Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Floor in our room could have been cleaner. Great room. Quiet and the pool was the perfect temperature. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal, however, the building was a bit old but the rooms are comfy 😉

Clean rooms!

Super clean, newly remodeled room. A/C worked great, beds very comfortable. Decent location close the most things. It was very busy but very quiet. No issues. Outside of hotel looks a little shabby but don't let that worry you. The rooms are GREAT!!!

It was clean and well organized, and the front attendant was friendly. The room, however, was stocked with one washrag for three people. There were no hand towels. There was no conditioner, and the soap dispenser was empty. There was no continental breakfast, though I believe it was advertised that there would be.

Overall good experience, no complaints

We had a good experience. The room was clean and modern, recently renovated. We were in room 13X which was right across from the entrance to the pool. It No room service or daily towels which was a concern for a family of 4 staying for 4 nights. We bought our own towels and hung out to dry each night. We would stay here again.
