Black mold on ceiling tile. After they fixed it the room smelt of bleach and tile pieces were left on the ground and on top of my suitcase.
The windows are not a tight seal. Diesel truck outside our window brought fumes into our room. It was ridiculous.

Needed more staff at the front desk. Carpet in 1st floor hallway was terribly dirty & soiled.

Bathroom disgusting sink stopper broken toilet needed replacing black marks on ceiling. And to top it off no ice machine working on any floor
