Dear Mr. Rigoberto Ortega, We provided you with extra decoration and we expected a simple "Thank you", but instead, we read the above review. 1. You did not contact the front desk throughout your stay in regards to ANY ISSUES you may have had.2. I personally checked you out in the morning and you told me it was a good stay.3. Every amenity and appliance in your suite worked properly.4. Your suite was spotless!So please stay somewhere else next time!

Room was very clean, bedding was clean, fridge was cold and hot tub was a pleasure!

Some things didn't work, I expected something different. All the personnel is great, the rooms are comfortable.

Mr. VICTOR HUGO MADERA ROJAS, you stayed 5 nights with us and you did not say anything!!!!We did check your suite after your departure and EVERYTHING works perfect - your lights jacuzzi, shower, TV, WiFi, fridge, and microwave.
